Maple cabin was an enjoyable stay. It was centrally located to all the great spots …Camden, Deer Isle and Acadia National Park to name just a few.
The house had comfortable beds and was stocked with all the essentials which is most appreciated!!
Roger and Cindy were super responsive hosts; we would recommend staying here!

Great stay; were very accommodating about our repeated, rather last-minute extensions of our stay. All I would say is that if you’re visiting in winter , you’ll definitely need 4 wheel drive to get to the house! But other than that, it was perfect for our needs and we really appreciated how accommodating Hui, Roger, and Cindy were of our changing plans. Very well stocked with cleaning supplies and kitchen things as well. Tub was really nice for my little one and we enjoyed the wood stove. Also very clear instructions and ultra quick response times. Very private. I’m sure in warmer months the fire pit outside area are really nice; as wintertime guests, once we got the car in, we appreciated being able to park so close and the absence of stairs or steps to navigate and the covered porch in front of the entry for loading and unloading.

Cindy’s cottage is very comfortable and well appointed, and the location is convenient to many destinations. Her communication was excellent, it made for a very pleasant stay!

Cozy Cabin (a.k.a. Maple Cabin) is charming, comfortable, and a lovely place to stay. The owners are exceptional, are very accommodating, accessible and communicative. The directions to get to the Cabin were very explicit and thankfully so because it's not visible from the road and would be hard to find for the first time in the dark, it's secluded. It was a little daunting to see stacks of lobster traps on the property, but it is Maine. If you're looking for privacy, much more space than hotel rooms, a central location for travel to that region of Maine, and simply a memorable experience, Cozy Cabin is fabulous! Highly recommend ... would definitely stay there again! Thanks so much Cindy, all!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, very quiet and secluded, and had a nicely stocked kitchen and outdoor grill for cooking. Cindy was very communicative throughout our stay, and she warned us about poor service before arriving so we were prepared with directions to find the place.
The one thing we would have changed was the living room seating. There are technically seats for four people, but two of them are hard dining chairs so it wasn’t comfortable to sit and hang out in that space. Luckily, we were out and about a lot but even in the evenings it was difficult to be comfortable.
We would still stay again but only with two people because of the living room setup. Other than that, it was great!

Best-in-class. Just a wonderful weekend at Cindy's place just off the beaten trail. Beautiful setting under a stunning night sky; everything was perfect and comfortable inside; therapeutic cedarwood vibes.

Booking and cancellation policy
- 25% down payment is required to reserve
- Final payment due 15 days prior to stay
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in
- Free rescheduling up to 15 days before check-in
- No cancellations or rescheduling within 15 days of arrival
- Must acknowledge house rules electronically
- We reserve the right to conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. The guest is responsible for the additional $40 non-refundable fee. Booking a stay at this home is acknowledgement of this. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party vendor to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Other things to note
- The road leading to the cabin is unpaved (dirt road) — a vehicle with moderate clearance is recommended
- WiFi speeds are limited due to the rural location
- Ring doorbell camera (facing outward) for guest security, compliant with Airbnb policies
- There is a neighboring property next door where the owners occasionally use an RV
- Driving times to Acadia National Park may vary during busy summer months
- Unexpected circumstances happen – we HIGHLY recommend purchasing Travel insurance. We work with a company called, Safely, to give you the option to reduce or maybe eliminate the financial burden you’ll face if you have to cancel your trip, pay for additional travel arrangements due to a delay, or pay medical costs if you or a travel companion gets injured or sick.
